Arista Switches

Arista's comprehensive portfolio of data center switches delivers industry-leading performance, scalability, reliability, and value. These switches are powered by the Arista EOS, a ground-breaking network operating system with single-image consistency across hardware platforms, and modern core architecture enabling in-service upgrades and application extensibility.

  • The Arista 7500 Series modular switches are the industry’s highest performance data center switches, available in a compact 7RU (4-slot) or 11RU (8-slot) they deliver up to 115Tbps of total capacity for 1/10/25/40/50/100/200/400GbE switch ports. Designed for continuous operations, the 7500 series modular switches increase network availability, agility, and efficiency while reducing operational costs.

  • The Arista 7300X Series modular switches provide a scalable line of switches for high-performance data centers. They offer 10/40/100GbE interfaces with deep packet buffering, and their power efficiency and resilient architecture make them ideal for mission-critical environments.

  • The Arista 7200 Series are compact fixed-configuration switches designed for top-of-rack or leaf-spine architectures in data centers. They offer up to 48 ports of 1/10GbE or up to 6 ports of 40/100GbE in a compact 1RU form factor.

Arista Routers

Arista's universal spine and leaf network switches double as routers, offering routing capabilities along with switching. These switches, powered by the same EOS software, make it easy to manage, automate, and troubleshoot network systems.

  • The Arista 7800R Series for Service Provider Networks, offer scalable, high-performance routing for traffic engineering and segment routing, along with Ethernet VPN (EVPN) for provider bridging and data center interconnection. They also support Jericho2-based 100G and 400G wire-speed encryption.

  • The Arista 7280R Series Universal Leaf and Spine switches offer full-featured L2 and L3 support, with flexible and programmable resources for deployment in any role and in any cloud networking environment. The 7280R capabilities address the requirements for modern networking and rich multi-media content delivery requiring a lossless forwarding solution.
