The Arista QSFP100GSRBD is a QSFP28 form factor transceiver that provides 100 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) connectivity for high-speed applications. The QSFP100GSRBD offers outstanding performance over distances of up to at least 100m through OM4 fiber and 150m through OM3 fiber. This transceiver is one of the few supports four-channel parallel processing, which allows it to handle higher bandwidths at a faster rate. Its integrated four-level pulse amplitude modulation (PAM-4) encoder ensures flawless transmission over multiple mediums allowing it to be used in both short reach (SR) and long reach (LR) applications. The device is tested alongside Arista’s digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) standards, offering visibility into the health and performance of the transceiver. The device utilizes an integrated intelligent optical engine to allow for improved accuracy, robustness, and reliable network performance.
