The Dell N4064 is an optimized, high-performance network solution ideal for enterprise and data center deployments. Delivering advanced network security, highly efficient 10/25/40/50/100GbE connectivity, and leading virtualization support, the N4064 offers unparalleled performance and scalability. This high-performance switch can deliver a total throughput of up to 12.8Tbps with up to 7.520Gpps of switching capacity. The unit is powered by an advanced Broadcom Trident-3 chipset, which provides a range of features including intuitive web-based interfaces, port segmentation, priority based flow control (PFC) for enhanced QoS control, versatile class of service (CoS) capabilities, and advanced security features. The N4064 supports up to 128 ports of 10/25Gbps Ethernet with support for up to four system ports in a 1/2U form factor. The N4064 also supports up to 48 ports of 40/50/100GbE connectivity with optional expansion modules, making it the ideal data center switch for deploying high-density 10Gbase-T and 100GbE server connections. In addition, the N4064 is designed to support multi-node deployments with up to 16 systems managed as one large fabric. It comes with a variety of interfaces including XFP, QSA and SFP+ slots and is capable of supporting a wide range of protocols across multiple data center fabrics. This robust switch also offers on-board USB storage capabilities as well as support for “hot swap” power supply units and fans. The included fully redundant, hot swappable power supplies ensure uninterrupted power in mission critical deployments. The Dell N4064 is also backed by Dell ProSupport for an additional layer of protection for optimal performance in the most demanding environments.
